Is Flowya really free?

Yes, 100% free. No subscriptions, no premium tiers, no "upgrade to unlock" features. We built Flowya because we needed it ourselves, and we want everyone to experience focused productivity.

What are the system requirements?

Flowya requires macOS 12 (Monterey) or later. It's a Universal Binary, meaning it runs natively on both Intel Macs and Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, M4).

How do I show/hide Flowya quickly?

Press ⌘+⇧+Space (Command + Shift + Space) to instantly toggle Flowya's visibility. This global hotkey works from any app, so you can summon your tasks in a split second.

What are Spaces in Flowya?

Spaces let you organize tasks by context — like "Work", "Personal", "Side Project". Each Space has its own color, and you can switch between them with a click. Keep your work tasks separate from your personal life.

Does Flowya sync across devices?

Yes! Flowya includes cloud sync so your tasks are available on all your Mac devices. Sign in once and your tasks follow you everywhere.

How is Flowya different from Notion, Todoist, etc.?

Those apps are great, but they require a full context switch — you have to leave what you're doing to check your tasks. Flowya is designed to be glanceable. It floats on top of everything, so your tasks are always in peripheral vision. No switching, no losing focus.

Can I adjust the window opacity?

Yes! Flowya features a beautiful glassmorphism design with adjustable transparency. Make it more transparent when you want it subtle, or more opaque when you need to focus on your tasks.

What's the Kanban workflow?

Flowya uses a simple three-stage workflow: Backlog → In Progress → Done. Just drag tasks between stages. When you complete a task, you get a satisfying confetti celebration. 🎉

Is my data private?

Absolutely. Your tasks are your business. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't track what tasks you create. Cloud sync is encrypted, and you can use Flowya entirely offline if you prefer.
